What is your Alcohol policy?
We do allow beer and Wine. You will need to purchase your choice of beer and wine and bring it to the venue during your rental time. Licensed bartender and security is required (hired by Gore Creek) Alcohol is never allowed to be brought in by guests. You will also need a separate liquor liability insurance policy (We can help you with that). It is up to the couple if they wish to impose age restrictions for attending guests during the open bar portion of the reception. (Guests will required to provide an ID to the bartender for drinks)
Is there a place for the Bridal party to get ready?
Our Bridal Cottage is included with Inclusive weddings and the morning of  with our Sunday weddings so you and your bridal party have a place to relax and get ready.
Do you have overnight accommodations?
Our Bridal Cottage is included with Inclusive weddings and sleeps up to 8 so you and your bridal party are onsite the night before.
Is there a backup plan for rain?
Yes, the Reception area can be quickly converted to a Ceremony spot during inclement weather. However, this decision is made by you, so if you decide to still have your ceremony outside, you can!
Can we hire our own catering service with the one day rental package?
yes, You are welcome to hire your own catering services. We do require your caterer be licensed and insured.
Does Gore Creek have heat and air ?
Yes, we have heat and air in our main hall, bridal Suite, Grooms Quarters, Kitchen and Bridal Cottage. We also have patio heaters available in the event of a cool evening.
Can we have rehearsal dinner at the venue?
yes, you can have dinner at the venue. We can provide food and decorate your rehearsal table for a fee.
Can I bring my animals?
For safety reasons, Gore Creek does not allow animals on the premises.
